‘Sweet and tangy just like your trusty ‘chup, only green. The base is made with burnt apple and green tomato caramel then we chuck in loads of lacto-fermented Jalapeños. Finished with lime and kaffir for tang, miso paste and wild Irish spirulina for added depth.’
